  • Product Description
  • Buffing wheels, also known as polishing wheels or cloth polishing wheels, are an indispensable tool in industrial polishing and grinding operations. They are mainly composed of multiple layers of cotton cloth, velvet cloth, or other fiber fabrics that are layered and pressed together. When used in combination with polishing pastes (such as green wax, red wax, etc.), they can perform cutting, leveling, and mirror-polishing on the surface of workpieces.
With its unique softness, elasticity and adaptability, Bu轮 is widely used for surface treatment of various materials such as metals (such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, steel), wood and plastics.

The main features and advantages of the burr remover:
High adaptability: Capable of conforming to complex curved surfaces and the contours of irregular workpieces, achieving uniform polishing.
Excellent heat dissipation: The multi-layer structure facilitates air circulation, effectively dispersing the heat generated during polishing and reducing the risk of workpiece burns.
Excellent polishing effect: It can be used with various types of polishing pastes to complete the entire process from rough polishing to mirror-like fine polishing.
Variety of options: By altering the fabric material, stitching method, hardness, etc., various polishing requirements can be met.

How to choose the right wheel for the fabric?
When choosing the appropriate wheel for the fabric, the following key factors need to be considered:
    Processing stage:
Coarse polishing / deburring: Select sewing or rolling type cloth wheels with high hardness and strong cutting force.
Polished / Mirror Finish: Select non-sewn or pleated fabric wheels that are soft and have good elasticity.
    Workpiece material:
Hard metals (such as hard steel): Usually, harder abrasive wheels are required.
Soft metals (such as aluminium, copper) or non-metals: To avoid scratches, a softer cloth wheel should be selected.
    Workpiece shape:
Flat/simple surface: Suitable for all types of wheels.
Complex curved surfaces / deep recesses: Soft and adaptable non-sewn fabric wheels must be selected.
    Polishing equipment:
Manual polishing: There are fewer restrictions on the type of polishing wheels, and you can choose flexibly according to your needs.
Automatic polishing machine: Typically, air-cooled or pleated cloth wheels are selected to ensure stability and heat dissipation.
