Grinding wheel is a very common grinding tool in the grinding process, its production is usually added to the abrasive binder, by compact, drying and roasting made, its characteristic parameters are mainly abrasive, viscosity, shape, hardness, binder, size and so on.
Because of the difference in abrasives, binders and manufacturing processes, the final grinding wheel is also very different, so abrasives, binders and manufacturing processes have a very important impact on the processing quality and productivity of grinding.

Classification of grinding wheel:
According to the abrasive, the grinding wheel can be divided into ordinary abrasive (corundum and silicon carbide, etc.) grinding wheel, natural abrasive superhard abrasive and (diamond and cubic grinding wheel boron nitride, etc.) grinding wheel;

Cutting disc
Cutting disc refers to the use of abrasive and binder resin made for cutting ordinary steel, stainless steel and non-metallic disc, it is mainly made of glass fiber and resin to strengthen the bonding material, with high tensile, impact and bending strength characteristics, so widely used in ordinary steel, stainless steel and non-metal production.
Classification of cutting disc:
According to the material, the cutting pieces are mainly divided into fiber resin cutting pieces and diamond cutting pieces.
Among them, the former is a resin as a binder, the glass fiber mesh and a variety of materials fusion, can achieve the cutting of alloy steel, stainless steel and other hard materials, the performance is very significant, and ensure the stability of the cutting accuracy, can greatly improve the cutting efficiency, save production costs. The cutting methods are dry and wet.
The diamond cutting disc is mainly used in stone, new and old roads, precast boards, concrete, ceramics and other hard and brittle materials cutting. It mainly consists of two parts: a matrix and a cutter head. The matrix is the main support part of the bonded cutter head, and the cutting role is mainly the cutter head, because the cutter head contains diamond, as the hardest material at present, diamond can effectively cut the processed object. The tool head will wear out during use, but the matrix will not.
Polishing disc
Polishing disc is the use of high voltage electrostatic field force, the fine abrasive particles (alumina or silicon carbide) planted on the high strength polyester film, so that all the sand pointed outwards, cutting sharp, can provide higher grinding efficiency and bright and detailed polishing effect, and then through the back velvet, cutting processing.
